Acoustics Club
Join our new Acoustics Club the first and third Thursday of the month at the Scranton Memorial Library! Whether you are a seasoned strummer or just starting out, you are invited to participate. All acoustic instruments are welcome; please bring your own with you. If you are interested in donating a used instrument to the club, please contact the library at 203-245-7365. Join us for a six-week virtual Meditation series this spring! Meditation is a wonderful technique used to reduce stress and anxiety. We all experience stress and anxiety and are in need of taking time to relax and reflect. Mindfulness Meditation will help you manage negative emotions while finding your inner peace.
Each session consists of 10 minutes of teaching, 30-40 minutes of guided meditation and 5-10 minutes of Q&A. Patrons will sign up for the entire six-week series. Please register below!
