Step into the world of cranberries with "Cranberry Craze," an exciting STEAM class designed for children ages 6-10. In this interactive program, young learners will embark on a journey to discover the science, engineering, and creativity behind one of fall's most iconic fruits. For kids ages 6-11.
Registration required. Registrants must arrive within 15 minutes of the program start in order to complete the project.

Join our new Ukulele Club on Mondays from 11 am - 12 pm or on Thursdays from 6:30-7:30 pm at the Scranton Memorial Library! Whether you are a seasoned strummer or just starting out, you are welcome to participate. Experienced Ukulelist Phyllis Nolan will be on hand to teach and facilitate. Guitar players are also welcome to attend! Please bring your own instruments. If you are interested in donating a used instrument to the club, please contact the library at 203-245-7365. No registration is required to participate in this club!

12:00pm - 2:00pm View DetailsAdvanced Master Gardener Samantha Pullaro will hold plant, insect, and disease identification sessions on behalf of the UConn Cooperative Extension Master Gardeners on Mondays from 12:00-2:00 pm. ALL SPECIMENS MUST BE IN SEALED CONTAINERS to prevent spread. If identification/diagnosis cannot be made then the inquiry will be satisfied via email.
