Itty Bitty Meetup

Do you want to make connections with other parents and caregivers in your community? Go somewhere where your babies, toddlers, and preschoolers can make new friends? 

Stick around after storytime for Itty Bitty Meet up. There will be toys and activities for the kids- including our big trucks, and other special toys. Come make new friends at this drop-in meet up! 

Tech Support with Maya

Need help with your personal device or software? Do you need help with faxing, printing, or copying at the library? Library staff member Maya is here to offer assistance. Call for a tech appointment. *Appointment times are subject to change. 

Creative Craft Night

Drop in the Creative Loft for crafting time. Bring your own project or play around with the supplies and gadgets that we have in the library. Craft savvy librarian Natalie will be on hand for inspiration and help. Come in any time between 6-7:30 p.m. No need to register.

Scranton Writers' Club

The Scranton Writer's Club is back! Are you interested in writing but don’t know where to begin? Join our writers’ club to get yourself started! This club will be led by Jaret Ostop, in honor of Christopher Jennings Penders . Each session, you'll respond to a creative prompt, share what you wrote and give each other feedback. You may also present your independent writing projects to the group for suggestions and critiques. This will be a place for fun, creativity, camaraderie, and mentorship!
