This space is reserved for the lawyer to meet individually with those registered.
5:30pm - 7:30pm View DetailsAsk-A-Lawyer: A Free Legal Clinic
Ask-A-Lawyer clinics provide members of the public with FREE general legal information on topics of concern and are open to the public once a month at area libraries. An attorney will be present at each clinic and provide a free 15-minute consultation per client. If further assistance is required, the individual will be referred to the Lawyer Referral Service (LRS).
Participants: Please be aware that the attorneys present at the AAL Clinics are not providing individual legal representation, and therefore are not serving as your “lawyer.” There is no lawyer-client relationship that results from your participation in this consultation. If you are referred to a private attorney, that attorney will charge for his/her services and may require a retainer fee.
Patrons will be asked to complete an AAL Participation form, which you can download from the left column of this webpage. Registration is required for this program.

Join us for yoga with Martha! Martha already teaches chair yoga here and now we are adding in a regular yoga session each month. Please bring your mat.
Martha Smith completed her 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor Training and Chair Yoga Certificate at Body Karma Studio in Clinton. Eager to share her love of the journey, and taking inspiration from all of her previous and current instructors, Martha aims for classes that flow, develop strength and flexibility while supporting proper breathing and alignment. Her objective is to provide, and foster, a non-judgmental environment where students feel safe to explore their potential, free from comparison to any other individual and the only limitation(s) placed on them is that of their own creation.
She will host a Yoga session on the second Tuesday of each month to give patrons the opportunity to try this wonderful wellness practice. Please bring a yoga mat. We will have a small selection of mats if you do not have one. First come, first served. Please sign up for this month's session below!
