Facility Attendant (part-time)
Are you a hard worker looking to join a team that helps the whole community? The E. C. Scranton Memorial Library is looking for you. We seek an experienced facility attendant to help with daily maintenance and long-term stewardship of the Library’s renovated and expanded facility. Come join our team and help make the Library a welcoming environment. The successful candidate for this position will have good oral and written communication skills, great interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic. Flexibility, visibility, accessibility, and the ability to thrive in a constantly evolving work environment are also essential. Evenings and rotating Saturday hours required. Volunteering — There are many opportunities to support the library with your time and skills. We are always looking for volunteers to help with the following tasks:
- Shelving
- Collection Maintenance
- Home Delivery Service — Deliver library materials to Madison residents who are unable to come to the library.
